Max Ansbacher is the author of three books on investing, including the best selling The New Options Market, Fourth Edition. Ansbacher was featured in Forbes Magazine and has often been quoted in the media, including The Wall Street Journal, and has been a frequent guest commentator on the Bloomberg Television Network, as well as the Fox News Channel and CNBC. Ansbacher is a graduate of the University of Vermont and Yale Law School. He has served on the board of both The Bridge Fund of New York City and The University of Vermont Foundation as the Chairman of the Audit Committee. When not actively trading on behalf of clients, Ansbacher pursues his other great passion: learning. He founded The Great Lectures, a series of one-hour LIVE talks by world-renowned experts on topics such as global warming, the civil war, wellness, politics, history, Broadway musicals and more. Today, Ansbacher splits his time between New York and Florida where he lives with his wife Christine. For 24 years he sang bass with a group that performed in Lincoln Center, and he currently works out three times a week, and plays tennis at the 4.0 level. A Practical Guide to Happiness is his first book on the subject.
