Lara Spadetto is an Italian author and visual artist whose work explores emotion, transformation, and the inner landscapes of human experience.

After living in Italy, Spain, and the UAE, she now resides in the English countryside.

When she isn’t writing or painting, Lara enjoys travelling, reading, visiting galleries and museums, catching up with friends, and spending time with her children and her beloved dog, Maia. Endlessly curious, she finds inspiration in the subtleties of everyday life and in the shifting textures of the world around her.

Her artistic and written work share a single intention: to inspire greater self-awareness, courage, and inner freedom — empowering each person to reconnect with their truth and live with authenticity.
