Jan (James R ) Smith

My name is Jan (James R) Smith. I live near St.Paul, in Minnesota.

I wasn’t always an evangelical Bible Christian. I was raised in a faith tradition that emphasizes rites and rituals,but teaches nothing about using the Bible to equip yourself for the struggles of life. In fact, well into my adult years, I didn’t even know what the Bible was. Some kind of church book. That’s how I was, well into my adult years. But then, the time came when I began listening to Bible teaching on the radio. I was astonished to learn that the Bible is filled with Wisdom from God! My spiritual gift is: recognizing problems, then creating solutions. Soon I realized, I should be sharing these “solutions” with other people.
