Catherine Buchan holds a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and has over 19 years’ experience in the field of psychology, including working in the UK’s National Health Service (NHS). Over the years, she has experienced burnout twice and helped others reduce stress, overcome burnout and more through well-being coaching and compassion-based work. Alongside this, she has explored and trained in spiritual approaches as part of a 26-year journey of personal and spiritual growth.
Catherine now works as a soul coach and spiritual guide, supporting women who feel stuck, burnt out or at a crossroads to find clarity, relief, and a more aligned way forward, using intuitive insight grounded in psychological understanding.
She lives in the UK with her husband and rescue dog. She enjoys travelling in their campervan, spending time in nature, reading, and being with family and friends.
