Graduated in Pedagogy, History and Economics. Study and research on Education Management, Sociology of Education, State and Education. Creator and Leader of the Study and Research Group on Education Policy, Planning and Management-GEPEGED. He coordinates research and extension projects at UFPA-Brazil.
