Tom Sterling

TOM STERLING was born in the small town of Crisfield on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. A place where stories and songs float out on the wind like the salty aroma of fresh marsh grasses.

He moved to Northern Virginia, where he worked as an engineer in the defense industry for forty years. While there, stories continued floating out to him, but they came from dusty engineering notebooks and long-forgotten Cold War circuitry.

These days, Tom spends his time remembering all the old stories and writing them down.
