Caroline Bengtson

Caroline Bengtson is a certified Life Mastery Consultant, TranscenDance Facilitator, and Chief Abundance Officer of Push Your Paradigm, a Transformational Coaching and Speaking company located in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Caroline is a sought-after summit speaker and host, featuring speakers from all over the globe. Caroline has studied and practiced transformation for over 30 years, understanding the principles of focus, manifesting and embodying the life we are designed to live.

Through many trials and health challenges that resulted in a diagnosis of permanent disability Caroline continued to achieve, and surpass the norm, to live beyond the diagnosis. In 2018, weighing in at 254 pounds, requiring a cane to walk around the block, and living in chronic pain, Caroline began to rebuild through her vision, utilizing decades of health study and working with a coach. She has survived 6 car accidents, and a fall that resulted in four major surgeries and truly embodies resilience and resourcefulness in her life. Through her darkest hours, Caroline continued to give through fostering and saving over 20 pups that would have been destroyed through no fault of their own. Because giving is at the core of her being Caroline also coaches leadership programs with some of the world’s foremost trainers.

Inspiring her clients who feel like they are stuck and have no hope, to rebuild and create a life they would truly love is one of Caroline’s superpowers. She is often overheard asking the question, “What would you love?” We truly can and do create our lives through our thoughts, actions, words, and visions.

Caroline has a ten-step transformational process and designs a system for structure and accountability to ensure her clients achieve the results they are looking for in their lives. Caroline embodies what it means to live a life you love. In 2021 after repeatedly stating she wanted to move to Hawaii, Caroline created the move in three short months. Anything is possible with a system of support, accountability, and a clear vision.
