Valeria Maritza

Valeria's background as a visual art teacher for over 15 years shines through as she effortlessly shares relatable content that captures attention and fosters understanding.

She's a wife and the mother of beautiful inquisitive boy who loves to read. She became inspired to start writing and illustrating books as she told the many stories of her first dog, Francesca, to her little boy, and she saw how much he enjoyed them.

She also hopes that this book will inspire families to look for the positive side in everyday life's situations, and to continue sharing the power of love.

Valeria holds a BFA from Brooklyn College and a MS in Education from Hofstra University.
