Priyanka Joshi - More

Priyanka Joshi More, from Pune, finished high school at Georgetown International Academy, South America. She returned to India and completed her college and then her Master's in History with First Rank, from the University of Pune. Next, she completed her PhD in 2014. She is a college teacher/lecturer of History by profession and has been teaching in Pune. Her academic achievements include receiving awards such as the Best Teacher Award by Asian Education Award, 2022, Highly Effective Professor Award, 2022, India Prime Top 100 Researchers 2022 and Education Leadership Awards, 2022. She has been featured as one of “The Most Admired Women in the Educational Sector for India 2022” by The Knowledge Review Magazine, in March 2022. Recently, she has been recognized as the Top 50 Remarkable Women (Globally) for 2023 by Diva Planet Magazine.

She has authored and published research papers for academic seminars, books and peer-reviewed Journals; presenting papers in prestigious places like the University of Oxford.

She is a passionate traveler and movie enthusiast who loves music and food. Having explored 12 countries and many major Indian cities, her adventures have fueled her creativity. From a young age, she loved storytelling and wrote poetry throughout her student years while active in drama and theatre groups. The lockdown became a turning point as she pursued her dream of becoming an author. Since then, she has been unstoppable, publishing numerous poems and short stories in various anthologies. Her talent has been recognized with several accolades, including the "Best Contributor in an Anthology" award by Ukiyoto Publishers in July 2022, and she emerged as a winner in the Avanti Creative Writing Competition by Shrihind Publications in October 2023.
