L.J. Aldon

Hi Everyone

I've always loved mysteries, even as a kid, growing up with the Hardy Boys. I wanted to create a series that was fun to read, a mystery with clues, slowburn romance and good friends on an adventure! Check out the Pucci Riddle Mystery series.

I made the semi-final list for Chanticleer Book Reviews for Mystery and Mayhem award and for the Paranormal award for Riddle of the Haunted Hoard. Book 2 is here, it already made the long list for the Paranormal award.

Also, Readers Favorite gave me five five star reviews! Here's snippets from some of them for Riddle of the Haunted Hoard:

"Honestly, even before the entry of the Shadow Man and good ol' fashioned smuggling, I was sold. Aldon’s prose is sharp and comfortably marries Pucci’s psychic abilities with the procedural elements of the investigation. Fans of paranormal mysteries will relish the deft storytelling, multi-layered characters, and all the seen and unseen forces at work. Very highly recommended."

"Author L. J. Aldon brings a fresh voice to paranormal mystery through a clever blend of supernatural elements and traditional sleuthing, and I loved every second of this high-stakes adventure that had a unique mood and feel to it."

For Riddle of the Jeweled Cipher, one reviewer said "A fast-paced, heart-racing mystery that fans of Agatha Christie and Dan Brown will love!"
