Pratik Chougule

Pratik Chougule is currently a Visiting Fellow at The Fund for American Studies, where he is editing and preparing for publication a manuscript on the Captive Nations resolution. He was previously a researcher at the Center for International Higher Education at Boston College, where he was writing his book American Universities in the Middle East and U.S. Foreign Policy: Intersections with American Interests. Chougule's commentary on political betting can be found at Star Spangled Gamblers. Chougule graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Brown University and holds a J.D. from Yale Law School.
