Wildlife abounds. God provides for them, but we can add treats to their daily diet via corn, apples, and seed.

Leila’s daily joy is feeding supplemental food to animals wherever she is. Whether on a ferry boat ride (seagulls and pelicans) or at home (ducks, rabbits, squirrels, fish, turkeys, birds, and even the occasional opossum.)

Knowing that God created the animals before mankind, when she decided to write publicly, her first thought was an in-depth study of animals found in Scripture. She remains in AWE of the majesty of God in His creation of animals.

With degrees in Religious Studies and Education, she continues her studies, as well as writing devotional columns for area newspapers. She and her husband (and pets) live in the high country of NC and the low country of SC.
