Yogesh Singh is a distinguished author and senior faculty member at the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM), Kurukshetra. With a career spanning over 25 years, Mr. Singh blends extensive industry experience with academic rigor, specializing in both Indian and Continental kitchen operations.

A celebrated voice in culinary literature, he is a recipient of the prestigious Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. His debut work, A Culinary Tour of India, earned national acclaim in the Best Cooking Schools and Best Culinary Travel categories, eventually receiving a "Best in the World" nomination. His subsequent publications include the technical manual Principles of Food Production Operations and the health-focused Aahar Charitra, which explores the science of superfoods.

He also published The Real Deal about your Meal with HayHouse India Publication.
