It's a strange thing for me, being asked to write about myself. I grew up at a time when self promotion was looked down upon, on top of that I'm a very private person. At this time of writing I've crossed over the 50 mark in age, never to be uncrossed. I'm married to a perfect wife who completes me in the many area's I fail so wilfully. I hope I bring something to the relationship apart from the annoyance I love to create. I have two grown up children, both women I'm incredibly proud to call my daughters. Recently one of my offspring had an offspring herself and now, all the women listed above now know they are second when it comes to the person I love most in the world, my granddaughter is first.

Other things about me, I have hundreds of ideas, but only one finished book. This book is part of trilogy that is slowly being pulled from me at the same speed a star dies at (sorry). Why did I write a book, I've loved reading all my life, but I'm really bad at spelling (I don't know if there is a medical term for this as one of my daughters suffers the same issues). But growing up my spelling always held me back. Growing up in the time I did, bad spelling meant you were slow or thick. Physics was the lesson I loved, but how can I proceed with my dream if I can't spell it. So I told myself I would one day write a book for me, one that I could enjoy and did. I apologise for the spelling mistakes in it as I know there will be some, but thanks to the advances in IT there is no way near as many as there would be twenty years ago.

Not published I have a couple of short stories I've created. My writing process is a mystery to me, I almost start to write and the story unfolds before me. I'm sorry I don't do any of the proper preparation, as in build characters and their motivations. I normally start with an idea, it might be the start or the end of the story and work from their.

If you managed to get this far congratulations and thank you for taking that short time out of your day to read this, because when all is said and done, time is the only real currency during our lifetime isn't it.
