Ben Hunter is a 35-year-old father of two energetic boys, whose bedtime adventures first inspired him to write his first two children's picture books, that spark imagination and laughter (The Sleep Club; The Biscuit Thief). He then followed this up with his third children's picture book, The Zoo's Christmas Party.
After publishing three beloved children's books, he now turns his storytelling talents toward adult fiction with his debut novel, a romantic comedy entitled Ten Nights In Paradise. Drawing on the chaos, humour, and quiet moments of everyday life, his work blends heart and honesty with a touch of the unexpected, hoping that readers will relate to the shambolic and awkward situations the characters find themselves in.
When he's not writing, he's likely building blanket forts, dodging LEGO bricks, or sneaking in a quiet cup of tea (with biscuits, of course!) before the next story begins.
