Tom Oxford is the founder and co-owner of The Exploding Bakery. An ethically responsible bakery & cafe known for smashing out award winning cakes since 2011. They have gained national recognition, featuring in numerous press articles including The Times, The Guardian and Vanity Fair, cementing their place as a trailblazer in the baking world. Tom lives in Totnes, Devon, where he draws his baking powers from the ley lines and can occasionally be found frolicking in the verdant hills, or just sitting on his sofa thinking about cake.
