Richard Rogers

Richard serves as a Senior Ministry Strategist with Horizons Stewardship. In his early career, he worked as a manager for a Fortune 500 company developing young managers into leaders and encouraging them to pursue their potential. Now, with over 20 years of experience working with pastors and church leaders, Richard’s aspiration is raising levels of discipleship, particularly in the area of generosity, to enable God’s vision to become a reality. Throughout Richard’s tenure in the local church, his leadership and focus on faith development helped his congregation experience a 70% increase in giving.

During his ministry with Horizons, he has partnered with churches across a variety of denominations and geographic regions in successful capital campaigns raising from over $13 million dollars to just over $300 thousand dollars. In recent years he has continuously worked with clients in annual campaigns and coaching agreements to increase regular giving and strengthen their culture of stewardship, giving, and generosity. His Next Level Generosity coaching references include numerous churches, an Episcopal Diocese, and the Superintendent of a K-12 private Christian school. Richard is a member of the International Coaching Federation.

Richard loves to have lunch and dinner dates with his wife, Jennifer. They are new grandparents and enjoy traveling to new places.
