Oliver Coysh

Oliver grew up in Devon and still lives there, surviving on a diet of mainly cream teas and farmhouse cider. After starting The Exploding Bakery with Tom Oxford back in 2011, Oliver delved into the world of cake, head first. Their bakery has won numerous awards, supplied brownies to the BAFTAS, been featured in BBC Good Food, Olive Magazine and GQ, the company has gained national recognition supplying Fortnum & Mason with their brownies. Oliver has written recipes for The Guardian and other various publications.
