Stefano Cavallini

Journalist, music critic, playwright, theater director and puppeteer.

At the end of the 80s, I attended a literary fiction course at the Antonicelli Foundation where I met several writers (Del Giudice, Tobino, Malerba, Rigoni Stern and others) and subsequently attended a seminar on film writing with Giuliano Montaldo.

Years earlier, I had started writing for various national jazz music newspapers and periodicals. Over the next twenty-five years I continued this practice of putting on paper the sensations received from listening.

Finally, for over twenty years, together with my wife, set designer and puppeteer builder, I have been living as a playwright, puppet theater director and puppeteer.
