Regina G. Ray

Regina G. Ray, a native Washingtonian, was raised under the shadow of the Capitol building. It loomed on the horizon at the far end of the street as she walked to and from school each day in her youth. In 1969 at the age of nine she left Washington D.C. along with her family to honor her father's military tours. After 30 years in healthcare and being a single mom, Regina returned home. "It is as if I have come full circle."
