Osito USA is a dream in the making creating fun items in the marketplace, from books to

t-shirts in an effort to create inspiring products that may result in a laugh or a smile. It also

helps to put a couple of bucks in my family’s pockets!

My first taste of this business was actually a fluke. My wife lovingly calls me a myriad of names

as spouses often do, but my favorite is OSITO which means little bear in Spanish. I really love

that term of endearment, so after making my own shirt with my name, I was like "Wait a

minute, why I can't make designs that I don't see in the marketplace. Things that make me

smile, or a friend, or a stranger" Osito USA was born. I started making shirts for fun and for

friends. When strangers started asking "Hey where did you get that?" I decided to start in this

business to make some extra money, and bring joy to people at the same time.

We are a hard working family currently living in San Diego, CA with my wife and daughter.

With our proximity to our neighbors to the South, we love to visit Baja California North to be

with family and friends. We do this part time with the hope to one day provide a stable side

hustle for my family because it’s pretty expensive in Southern California = often called the

“Sun Tax”.
