Katie Knapman

I’m a television presenter and an educational consultant - I have worked for the BBC on Tomorrow’s World and Countryfile, and I’ve presented educational programmes too. I’ve always enjoyed puzzles, so when my children were going through junior school and entering secondary school, I decided to write fun, educational puzzles for them. Young people are under a lot of pressure these days to perform and achieve results, so sometimes, learning can feel like hard work ... but it doesn't have to be.

It's true that revision can be boring… and workbooks can be dull… But my stealth revision books put the fun back into learning. Use them as your secret weapon! When you are searching for an escape from games consoles, tablets or smart phones, Revision Fun for Clever Kids and Maths Fun for Cool Kids are just the ticket for taking the pressure off but keeping the brain switched on. And if you have an enthusiastic puzzler in the family, they'll probably enjoy my books too.
