Walter Weckers

As a retired business executive, I have yet to finish a major philosophical essay, long in the making. After writing a small anthology of short stories, yet to be published, The Final Year is my first novel, based on the logbook of HMS Nancy during the War of 1812. In other words, historical fiction based on real events. Currently two more novels, each a different genre are being edited.

I was educated in Belgium and immigrated to Canada as a young man.

Who I am is less important than how good my writing is for the reader.
