K. Mischele Watson, Ph.D is a native of Hartford, CT and currently resides in Maryland. She holds a doctorate in Organization and Management with a specialization in General Business, a master of science in organizational management, and a bachelor of science in organizational development.

Her specializations has helped to set in motion a pathway for entrepreneurs, educators, and students who learn from her expertise in sharing a variety of management and business strategies for success. Her extensive knowledge in organization and management and development of human capital is one of her greatest strengths, as she thoroughly loves being a people person.

She is the Founder and owner of Appreciate Change Consulting, LLC that focuses on personal and professional change, special education, and social & behavioral health.
