JP Fraser grew up in the beautiful Kentish countryside during the 1970s, and uses many of those experiences to write richly described and nostalgic stories that recreate village life nearly half a century ago. These books are packed with quirky and memorable characters, both lovable and infuriating, but never boring. It'll have you chuckling away one minute, and puzzling over the latest fiendish clue the next.

JP now lives in Scotland, studying the Doric language, researching various aspects of '70s history and culture and experimenting with all manner of peculiar recipes from the period.
