Irene Barrera

Irene Barrera is on a mission to help women heal from their past and live their lives in accordance with what the Lord has in store. She firmly believes that processing traumas from childhood and learning to trust in God are imperative to finding the freedom to live a deeply rewarding life without fear. Healing and forgiveness are integral in the process, but so is finding worth in Christ.

The author owns a successful fitness studio focused on women and is known for her inspiring spiritual retreats and speaking engagements. She immerses herself in seeking the Lord daily and finding ways to connect with Him as well as helping others to connect with and follow Him.
