Ken Valledy

Ken Valledy is a seasoned entrepreneur and author of The Startup Lexicon, a must-read guide for navigating the language of startups. After a successful career in senior marketing roles for some of the biggest brands, Ken co-founded his own business Progressive Acceleration, specialising in forging meaningful, world-wide partnerships between cutting edge start-ups and large corporations, including Mercedes, P&G, Kimberly-Clark, and Haleon. Progressive was acquired by the Anthesis Group in October 2023. Ken created 'The Great Escape' programme in January 2025, with it's key focus to help Senior Leaders take those first few steps towards 'Entrepreneurial Freedom'. To date, he has helped senior leaders across many different organisations; including British Airways, Publicis Media, NHS, Bloomberg, UBS, BBC and Alliance Healthcare.
