Luca Facchini

Luca is Italian, based in Japan. He is a self thought and multifaceted artist. Leonardo Da Vinci is one of the most influential figures in his life. 2002 graduated from art school, Master in Fine Arts. 2003 he enrolled in an open course related to graphic design which he got the opportunity to improve several skills like graphics design, photography, printmaking, calligraphy, bookbinding and other very interesting techniques that have a great influence in his art. In 2005 Luca enrolled in the environmental architecture course at the Politecnico of Milano, but after two years he decided to drop the university and start traveling. He discovered that travel is one of the main streams to get inspiration and knowledge, a fertile ground to nurture his art, an opportunity to continue expanding his experiences. Luca is always wondering, curious as a newborn and scientist combined, humble and forever in love with nature, eccentric, proactive and solution oriented. Always looking for patterns. Attracted by the human behavior and emotions that allow him to be more conscious about himself as well. In 2018 he created his official page Luca Facchini Studio and online art school.
