Alice Huang is a doer. She likes to GSD.

One of her friends recently described her as "anything but chill".

In the last two decades, she has built and run companies across the US, the UK, Australia, Canada, and China, often working alongside founders as the operator who installs the cadence, builds the team, and clears the path to growth.

She's also a real estate developer who's built a portfolio of new construction projects remotely.

She writes for the people she works with: founders, operators, and high performers who already know what to do and want to actually do it.

Her Sidekick journals, including the 90-Day Sidekick Accountability Journal and The 12-Week Operator, are the print companions to GM Sidekick, an AI accountability coach app she created.
