Keith Mitnik is the co-founder of Phoenix Display, an LCD display company. With a background in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in business, Keith has applied his expertise to identify the patterns and solve problems in supply chain management for the past two decades. He’s developed a clear framework for customers to resolve issues with current suppliers, determine when—and how—to change suppliers, manage the transitional process, and ensure sustainable success.
