Jill Modell-Dion

The Laundromat General is Jill Modell-Dion's first fiction book and feels being an indie writer is challenging but very rewarding. One of her favorite quotes is, ꟷ'We read to know we are not alone,' – from the character of C.S. Lewis. She feels the same about writing. “Writing allows me to create a world where I’m never lonely.”

Jill started writing after a life-long career in geriatric therapeutic recreation. Jill attributes having a great memory makes her a better writer. She’s written several workbooks on creative programming for family and professional caregivers:
