Candace E Hall

With over six years of experience working in youth ministry Candace E. Hall has helped to develop the lives of countless youth by sharing the love of Christ and developing an encouraging and secure foundation for spiritual growth. Candace is a former military wife who faithfully served along side her husband Vernell for over 20 years. Vernell and Candace currently reside in MD with their two children Xzayvion and Zharia.
