Gernot Hucek

Gernot Hucek is an Austrian-American novelist whose works blend historical fiction, mystery, suspense, adventure, and romance. Born and raised in Vienna and the Austrian countryside, he developed a lifelong fascination with European history, culture, and storytelling. After emigrating to the United States at the age of twenty-one, he built a successful business career before pursuing his passion for writing in retirement.

Drawing on personal experiences, historical research, and a deep appreciation for both Europe and America, Huck's novels transport readers across continents and generations. His stories often feature compelling characters facing extraordinary challenges against rich historical backdrops, from World War I and World War II Europe to contemporary mysteries and crime investigations.
