I am about an ordinary a person as you could ever meet. I have no claim to the extraordinary or fame. I work therefore I am. Just another small cog in the machine that keeps society ticking over, facing retirement and wondering if there will be a civilisation left to retire too.

Long ago I wandered into https://www.writingforums.com/ and discovered my creative side. I also found my niché as a keyboard worrier.

I have questions. Lots and lots of questions. I am perpetually baffled by humanity. We, as a species, face an extinction level event and we are too busy to do anything about it. Those of us who shout a warning are looked on as mad, bad and dangerous. The people who we vote for and put in charge actively legislate against doing something about climate change. I scratch my head so much I have splinters under my fingernails.

Things have to change. How do I make them change? Are you willing to help me? Us? What can we do to make the necessary changes?
