Restaurateur, Max Tucci is Proprietor of TUCCI - NEW YORK, 643 Broadway at Bleecker Street & the 3rd Generation Partner & Global Brand Officer of Delmonico's, New York. He is the 2023 IACP Trailblazer Award Winner and the author of the #1 Amazon Bestseller, Muse Creative Award-winning cookbook "The Delmonico Way, Sublime Entertaining and Legendary Recipes from the Restaurant that Made New York!" Published by Rizzoli New York.

Tucci is a food and entertaining enthusiast. It was during the Tuccis golden era that the term "The Delmonico Way" was created. It is a method that was created for those who strive to provide the highest quality of hospitality, service, provisions, and entertainment. It was founded upon the Tucci Touch, a saying coined by Max's father Mario Tucci.

Max is a six-time Communicator Award Winner including two 'Outstanding On-Air Talent awards,' a five-time Telly Award Winning Producer, a multi MUSE Award winner including, Outstanding Publication-Book for The Delmonico Way, and Outstanding Culinary Performance for his appearances on Good Day New York with Rosanna Scotto.
