K.J. Field believes planets have funny voices. Read her books and you'll hear their voices, too :)

K.J. Field is an author, screenwriter, and planet whisperer who's been writing about the solar system since the New Horizons spacecraft flew by Pluto in 2015. She has authored a number of space-themed fiction and non-fiction children's books, with more on the way. One of her favorite things to do as a writer is mix humor and science.

Field is the voice behind the Planet Pluto on Twitter (Follow her X account "Plutoliveshere") and has been featured on BBC Radio Five Live for her expertise on dwarf planets. She hopes to someday soon turn her screenplay about the plights and delights of a personified Pluto into an animated movie for all ages.
