Lara Bujold Clouden is a writer living in Connecticut with her husband, two children, and two dogs, some of whom are Caribbean. She also cares for a flock of very pretty, not very smart hens, who provide occasional violent nourishment for the local fox population.
Born in Duluth, MN, Lara has lived in New York, Paris and the San Francisco Bay Area, and worked as a modern dancer, desktop publisher, communications strategist, and fiction editor. She has published a book of short, quirky, mystical fairytales called “A Hankering for Lettuce,” as an e-book and self-narrated audiobook. She contributed to the anthology “Seven Deadly Pens” with the short story “The Thing with Feathers.” She is the editor of several historical fiction novels by Steve Moretti.
Lara is currently working on a novel about a depressed dragon and a sociopathic flower maiden—a genre I think we can all agree is sorely lacking in today’s literature.
