Dr. Carol Carruthers is an educator, entrepreneur, and creative visionary dedicated to empowering individuals through knowledge, financial literacy, and artistic expression. As the COO of WEBS Training Center, she champions education, skill development, and community empowerment, particularly within African American youth.
With a background spanning AI-driven entrepreneurship, grant writing, project management, and digital publishing, Dr. Carruthers specializes in leveraging technology for income generation and creative innovation. She is also passionate about helping aspiring entrepreneurs harness AI tools and automation to launch successful digital products.
Her published works include therapeutic adult coloring books designed for stress relief and relaxation, as well as engaging pre-teen journals that inspire creativity and self-expression. She also curates a children’s bookstore through WEBS Training Center, showcasing African American authors to inspire the next generation of leaders, thinkers, and dreamers.
Dr. Carruthers’ latest project, a Hygge-inspired coloring book, promotes mindfulness and well-being through the cozy, comforting art of coloring. She is also developing a Salsa Sprouts-themed coloring book to raise awareness and support for her nonprofit initiatives, merging art, education, and community engagement in a fun and interactive way.
