Dr. Nadini Persaud is a tenured Lecturer in Evaluation, at the University of the West Indies (UWI), Cave Hill Campus, Barbados. She teaches primarily at the graduate level in the M.Sc. Project Management and Evaluation program. She is a Fulbright Scholar and holds a B.Sc. in Accounting (First Class Honors, UWI), an M.Sc. in Project Management and Evaluation (Distinction, UWI), a Ph.D in Evaluation (Western Michigan University), and two professional designations Certified General Accountants [CGA] (Gold Award) and Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA), both from Canada. Dr. Persaud serves on a number of international organizations including Caribbean Evaluators International, the American Evaluation Association, and the Faster Forward Fund Foundation, USA. Her research interests are in her three subject area disciplines and her focus is on blending together the tools from project management and accounting to improve the practice of professional evaluation. Dr. Persaud has several publications in reputable journals and books, all on the subject of evaluation.
