Simone Joye

Simone Joye is a nonprofit executive, fundraising strategist, author, and former journalist with nearly three decades of experience helping mission-driven organizations grow, secure funding, and strengthen their impact. Throughout her career, she has served as a CEO, executive director, chief development officer, and consultant, helping nonprofits raise millions of dollars while navigating the realities of leadership, governance, and organizational growth.

She is the founder of S. Joye & Associates, a consulting firm that advises nonprofit leaders, boards, and institutions on fundraising strategy, organizational development, and sector sustainability.

Joye is the author of several books, including Starting & Building a Nonprofit for a New Generation, From AAU to D1: Navigating the Youth Basketball System, and Nonprofits Unfiltered: Money, Power, and the People Who Carry America's Charities. Her work explores the systems that shape nonprofit organizations, philanthropy, leadership, and social impact.
