Ben Heer

A dairy farmer by day and a cartoonist by night, Ben Heer also etches out some time to act in local theatrical productions. Ben’s humor can not only be read in the books he has published, but his work also appears in Hoard’s Dairyman. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin River-Falls with a bachelor's degree in theatre art, Ben performed with several theatre companies around Minneapolis/St. Paul. Five years later Ben returned to the family farm, put down roots, and started putting his cartoons into books and was recently published in Hoard's Dairyman.
