Rudy Waters

Rudy Waters serves as the President of Go and Declare Inc., established in February 2016. He

has a tremendous heart to win souls and make disciples by spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ

through ministering to the needs of communities around the world. Rudy received an associate

degree in practical ministry from the Brownsville Revival School of Ministry on December 16,

2000, in Pensacola, Florida. He has been an ordained minister of the gospel for six years and is

authorized and commissioned to exercise and perform all functions, rites, and ceremonies of the

Christian faith and gospel by the authority of Fellowship for International Revival Evangelism,

Inc. Concord, North Carolina.
