Cara Lisette

Cara is registered mental health nurse and accredited children’s cognitive behavioural therapist with many years experience of living with her own mental health difficulties. The treatment she had at various levels over the years inspired her to write, and she hopes her books might also help others going through something similar. In addition to her personal experiences, she also hopes that her professional skills and knowledge can help people to access evidence based and creative therapeutic strategies to help them on their own recovery journey.
