Madhu Ramanujan has been extensively using the Salesforce platform for almost a decade now. Specifically, Madhu worked across several industries and is valued for her extensive knowledge in CRM (SFDC), Sales cloud, Service cloud, Communities, CPQ, Customizations, System Integrations, Functional Design, and Technical Design. She finds that her substantial experience and work on multiple implementations have helped her easily transition between various roles in multiple corporations. She is a certified Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect and is an aspiring CTA with 14x certifications. She enjoys giving back to the community through volunteering as a RAD Women coach. She is passionate about designing secure, scalable, reliable, and high-performing solutions using cutting-edge technologies and helping customers in their transformational journeys.
