B .K. Barrett

The author is a veteran police officer of 30 years who started his career on the streets of Seattle. He has worked as a detective and S.W.A.T tactical officer and has lived and trained with the law enforcement officers of Mexico. B.K. Barrett specializes in Crime Fiction, but also is a published outdoor writer and publishes fiction and self-help books under the pen name of Barrett K. Byers. The author is a graduate of BYU and is an avid outdoors man, preferring to be in the mountains to anywhere else on earth. He now lives with his family in the remote mountains of the Pacific Northwest.
