Joe Cosgrove

Joe is an attorney, consultant and professor. He has written children's books that offer lessons of encouragement and hope for all ages. Joe and his wife owned a ranch in the Texas Hill Country for a number of years. The experience offered inspiration and background for the stories in the Bandit to Tex series along with reading a newspaper story about a dog in a dog shelter becoming a police K-9 dog. Joe also enjoys oil painting and use of other mediums in his artwork.
