Phillip Mark Dyer

Phillip Dyer is a young engineer with a passion for writing and fantasy. He has received distinguished awards for his work in math and sciences but finds his true love in works of fiction. He grew up reading modern classics of the fantasy genre. He lives with his wife and dog in the southeastern United States.

His inspiration for "Wizard of the Void" began with a magic system completely based on one’s own choices, where anyone can be anything if they work hard enough. What better way to explore such a world than with a main character whose choices and path have already been determined, who grapples with fate and forces larger than himself?
