Mike Harbour

Mike Harbour is the founder and Chief Action Officer for Harbour Resources, whose mission is to ignite purpose, excellence and action for leaders and men across the United States. Mike is a founding partner on the John C. Maxwell Team where he serves on the President’s Advisory Council as Chair for the John Maxwell Transformational Leadership Award, and he is a Peer Teaching Partner for over 33,000 fellow JMT members. Mike is a coach, trainer and speaker living in Little Rock, Arkansas with his son and daughter and wife of 26 plus years.
