D.P. McCandless

D.P. McCandless is the author of the mystery series, A Murder Shrouded in the Fog of War, set in Saigon during the Vietnam War. He is also the author of the fictional series Stories of Espionage in the Age of Napoleon. Topics of his nonfiction include World War I, World War II, Vietnam and the Cold War, and his areas of research include the CIA, the history of policing and U.S. Vice President Hubert H. Humphrey. He has edited more than 30 books, whose subjects include World War II, the Cold War, investor Warren Buffett and the presidency of George H.W. Bush.
