Preston Simpson

Preston Michael Simpson is a writer and actor who attended college at the University of Memphis, eventually earning his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Performance and a minor in Communication. He has co-written four short plays and five student films. His passion for storytelling goes back to his childhood, but his interest in writing really began at age 16 when he considered becoming a screenwriter. His first published book was "'True' Horror Stories & Monsters", a journal of real anomalies across the world.

He was born to Linda Kay Simpson. His middle name comes from his paternal grandfather Michael Maurice Simpson, a man who proudly and voluntarily served in the United States Marine Corps in the Vietnam war. Preston looks up to him as a hero and his inspiration, as well as his mother who raised him and both were consistent staples in his life.
